In recent years, China-Uzbekistan comprehensive strategic partnership has been enjoying sustained and in-depth development. The important consensus reached by the two heads of state is being well implemented. At present, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and Uzbekistan has also promulgated and implemented a series of reform measures. The Chinese side is willing to develop the all-weather friendship with the Uzbek side on the path of national reform and revitalization, so as to achieve common prosperity.

Xi Jinping stressed that Uzbekistan was one of the first countries to support and participate in the "Belt and Road" construction. Under the joint efforts of both sides, both countries have achieved fruitful outcomes from the cooperation in the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”. The two countries should seize opportunities, tap into potential, steadily develop bilateral trade, deepen cooperation in production capacity, investment, connectivity and other fields, strengthen cooperation in law enforcement and security, and expand people-to-people and cultural exchanges.

Firmly upholding the one-China policy, the Uzbek side firmly supports China’s efforts in fighting against the “three forces”, and is willing to deepen practical cooperation under the “Belt and Road” framework, and enhance communication and coordination in regional affairs with China.
